What did it feel like the 1st time you intro'd your FH as your 'fiancee'?

We were at a bridal show at my hall--and that was the 1st time i introduced him as my 'fiancee' to a stranger--and it was the sweetest, warming feeling to say it outloud to someone who didn't know us already. we both smiled like crazy the rest of the night.

I love when he says that. We where at a hockey game about 1 month after we got engaged and this drunk through a beer attempting to make it hit a man 2 rows below me but of course it landed all over me. He started to argue with the guy and said I am trying to enjoy the game with my Fiancee and you just covered her in beer. I don't think I even heard anything he said after that. I was SO happy that he said that.

i agree. fiancee is such a weird word. 'husband' is much easier to say.........only 480 days left to think about it!

It was weird, now I am used to it, but I remember one time right after we were engaged i called him my boyfriend at work and a co-worker was like he's your finace you have a rock on your finger own the title, lol.

It was a great feeling and I still love the feeling. I think the first time I introduced him as my Fi was to a vendor.

i think the fist time i sd it was to a vendor too!! FH doesnt like that word - but it still makes me melt when he does say it (even though its not that often)

Have to say it was pretty cool and weird at the same time. We still say boyfriend/girlfriend and everyone has to correct us. We just laugh!

i think the first time was to one of my coworkers. now i call him my future hubby and he calls me his mio fiance because he thinks its sounds cute. but lately because i called him FH now he calls me FW. I'm like aww honey you're getting with the LIW lingo.
