hair trial question

i'm having my trial with jen (hair genie) next week and am VERY excited!

my problem is that i think i want my hair up, but also want to try a style down. will she let me do 2 different styles at 1 time? do they charge extra for that? or will it not be a problem?

Yes, she will let you do 2 styles. Just let her know before you start and there shouldn't be a problem.

During my 1st trial, I wasn't crazy about how it turned out, so she changed it until I was happy with it.

Really? I asked her that through our e-mails and she said no just one because you have to see how it will stay. Then she cancelled 2x so I said forget it and I am going to this girl Christine who I heard will spend hours doing several hairstyles.
