Re: Random Poll...How much do you pay for
it depends on the area- but I pay $1710 for a junior 4- ( 1 bedroom with a separte dining room)on the beach in long beach- with a pool, doorman and private beach acess-
which IMO is really a good deal b/c I have seen people charging just a little less to live in someone basement apartment

Re: Random Poll...How much do you pay for
We pay $1400 but not for much longer since we are closing in April on our house. It is a 2 bedroom second floor of a house legal apartment. It also has an additional room which we use as an office and a big kitchen & living room with cathedral ceilings. It doesn't include electric which we get our own bill for every month and cable.

Our rent is $2,700 for a two bedroom/two bathroom in Marina Del Rey, CA. It is around 1,400 square feet with a big patio. It is right on the water. We also get two parking spots (very important in LA), access to the gym, a pool and tennis courts.
And the best part is his company pays for it.

Our rent just got raised to 1325. for a 2 bedroom apt in a house. We're on the top floor. Big living room, eat-in-kitchen, foyer, decent sized bedrooms. We're about 10 blocks from the beach.

Re: Random Poll...How much do you pay for
When we lived in Mineola, we paid about $1600 for a large one bedroom in a co-op, which included a $50 per month fee for parking - it was right near the train station. Now we live in Manhattan and pay more than twice that for a junior 4 (the dining room was large so we converted into a guest room/office) in a doorman building.Welcome New Vendors
