What about Dave & Busters or Jillians? White Post Farms does great parties but I think after Easter. Also, Atlantis Aquarium does parties. I'm not sure how far you want to travel.

a ceramics place shouldn't be so bad. That was one of my favorites as a kid. Or you can do Sport Time (they do soccer parties and volleyball and stuff). Maybe bowling? I LOVED all that stuff! Chuck 'E' Cheese? When I was younger, I remember also doing a movie and pizza afterwards (you can go see that mermaid movie with her and a few friends). Just some ideas...
