We found our place...I will be a Woodlands bride

I would like to thank everyone who supplied me with their opinions on Carlyle and Milleridge, as well as the many other suggestions I received. I am sooo happy to report that we signed a contract last night at The Woodlands!! It really was just as everyone says...as soon as we walked in we knew that it was our place!!! I am estatic!! Thanks again for all your help and support!!

OH GREAT CHOICE!!!!!!! I looked there but they didn't have enough room for all of our guests

it worked out tho b/c i found my perfect place anyway!
but that place is GORGEOUS!!!! and Ms. Murphy is awesome--just by meeting her once I can imagine how great she will be for you during all your planning and then your big day!!

i'm going for an appt this sat. any advice? anything i should know to ask for? are they negotiable or do they set a price and stick with it? i'm hoping to do a sunday wedding during an off-season to keep the price down, but i still don't know if it's going to be affordable. ADVICE?!

Mauren is fantastic when you meet her! If you are sticking with the off-season I feel like you will have the advantage to talk the price down. She is truly accomodating there and if you tell her honestly that you really love the place and want your wedding there, ask her if there is anything else she can do and she will honestly do her best to help you. Good luck and let us know if you go with it!

JackieZ....I have to say that your wedding looked absolutely beautiful and your review of the Woodlands helped me to lock in my decision on going there!
