DIY invite help

For those of you that are doing/have done DIY invites, what kind of glue did you use to glue the invite and cardstock together? I want it to look as smooth as possible. Thanks!

Spray adhesive is generally what I use but be careful, its gets everywhere. So try to spray carefully.

I used mini glue dots because I wanted the least mess possible. I'm a bit of a spaz when it comes to spraying things....I tend to get carried away...

If the invite itself is on cardstock, and you're attaching it to an underlying cardstock, you could pretty much use anything.....glue dots, craft glue, spray adhesive, or hot glue. But if the invite is vellum and your attaching it to cardstock, you need to use vellum tape. HTH.
