Tottally You in Bellmore Ny

Hey everyone,
Has anyone gone to totally you in Bellmore for their Bridesmaid or Mother of the bride dresses? Unfortunately my Mother bought her gown there and other than two women in the shop all the other employees are extremely nasty. When you get fitted for your gown they make you stand on what I can only describe as a Car jack with magazines on it to get the length of the gown, SO unless your Mother or Bridesmaids have the agility of a cat there is a possibility they will break their necks. If you have made it through the fitting, you get to deal with the REALLY unpleasant staff. There are two women who work there that are sweethearts, one works by the shoes, even if you had to go just for shoes you might have to deal with Lilly who seems to be the store manager. This woman has no place in customer service. They are so rude you walk out in disbelief at the way you were treated to the point you ask yourself 'is it me or were they really rude?' after the second visit you will see it is not you!!!! Has anyone else tried there? Or heard of anyone going there? I was so happy to shop locally in the town where my mom and I grew up, but I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!!!
