quick ? about monograms and registering

I am registering for towels at pottery barn right now and I want them monogramed. Should I have mine and FH initials and if so how should it go. My first initial, last name initial, his first inital?
Help!!

i will be doing our new last name initial in the middle.....and both of our first initials on the sides with FH first......good luck!
