November 2005 Brides

Did you send out all your thank-yous already?

I'm asking because my mother attended a 11/11/05 wedding and she hasn't gotten a TY yet. I told her with Thanksgiving and Christmas it might take a little longer than normal, but she is starting to get annoyed, so I told her I would ask.

Mine are about 90% written. We just got the picture inserts from the photog a couple of weeks ago and need to put them in the card.

I also have a little over 200 thank you's to write, so it's a process to say the least.

we havent even ordered ours yet...we only recieved our proofs last week so next is deciding what cards we want

then the arduous task of filling them out...plu sim putting it off because my handwriting is HORRIBLE

I sent mine out right after new years but I went to a wedding that was in june 2005 and got the thank you about 2 weeks after I sent out mine. They say they have 6 months to send a thank you--it also takes a while to get the pictures from teh photographer. We did ours right away because our photographer gave us a discount but i know people that wait awhile.

We were married 11/18/05 and people just started receiving them. We did only get our proofs about a month ago though.

I believe you have 6 months to send a thank you in the 'proper time frame'...
