NWR: Buying a house and selling my co-op

Hi Girls....FH and I finally found a house in Merrick. We have been looking for quite some time. We are so excited...we will hopefully be closing before our wedding.

I currently own a co-op in East Rockaway (in nassau county by Rockville Centre and Lynbrook). It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, EIK, living room and dining area; walking distance from LI Railrood and about 30 min. commute to NYC. It is going to go on the market this Thursday, if anyone is interested pls. FM me.
