Not to hijack, but I'm going next week sometime and would love advice too.

I feel like I am super late on these 'second' meetings. For being so organized, I have no idea why I am doing these meetings two weeks before my wedding: floral redesign, DJ, photographer.... I'm hoping it's just cause I'm extremely confident!

Do not play list
What your overall music choice is
Ask about over time charge (if everyone is having a great time and want to extend)
CH music (what you would prefer)
Music for BP to come out too
Music for you and groom
Ist dance
Mom and Son
Daughter and Father
Any special requests
Backup equipment
Variety of music (in case guest don't like something can he read the crowd and change quickly)
Speaker location (don't put too close to guest)
Lighting colors (if applicable)

That's all I can think of right now. HTH

My DJ co. has a list for all that on their website.. its really helpful try www.wewantet.com

Its on the bottom of the page under forms.. Their name isnt on it so you can print it and bringit to your DJ. HTH
