Question about bridal salons

Hi.. I know that this is totally off topic, but after my wedding, I am really considering opening my own bridal salon. Besides compiling a business plan.. How would I start the process? Should I hire someone to help me crate a business plan, or is this something i can do myself???

Any help would be very much appreciated.
