NWR: I finally got my 'date'

Timing is everything...

I can't believe in March of 2004 (2 years ago) the company I work for informed us they were relocating to Pennsylvania and now it's HERE! I've been there 4 years and I won't be relocating. They've been letting everyone go division by division since Oct of 2005 and I finally got my official last day 'date' and it's June 2, 2006 !

It works out perfectly because i'll have that week off before the wedding and then won't have to take any time off for the honeymoon so it's great BUT, it's sooooo sad. I love the people I work with.

I'll really have to start job hunting after the HM ... good thing for the 11 week severance/separation pay.

Keep me in mind for any claims, import/export or admin jobs you see available. TIA!

the timing worked out perfectly!! it's so sad to leave your friends at work though. i'm sure everything will work out and you'll find another great job!
