Fox Hollow, Chateau Briand, and Westbury Manor?

I've been to CB and for a Friday evening in April I was quoted 75 per person. Went to Westbury Manor today and was quoted 84.50 per person. If I go to Fox Hollow, will it be closer to WM quote or CB quote? Any opinions on which is nicest? I felt as WM's cocktail hour room wouldn't even come close to holding the amount of people they say. Does Fox Hollow have a nice size cocktail room?

Well, my opinion is that Fox Hollow is the nicest of the three. It has a big garden room and the cocktail hour can be outside or in another room. My sister had alittle over 200 people and the cocktail hour was fine. Have you looked at the Watermill? That is very nice also. At Westbury Manor, I got confused with the other affairs, because people were walking all over from different parties. CB is nice also. The parties are 1 1/2 apart. The rooms are also very big there. That's my opinion!!

I have looked at the Watermill and loved it, but I'm afraid the room downstairs may be too big and the room upstairs a bit too small, so I've moved on to the other sites. From the pictures I've seen online, Fox Hollow looks very nice and I'm glad to hear all the people can fit in the cocktail hour room if it's not held outdoors. Thanks for getting back to me, I will be sure to go check out FH. :)

I vote for fox hollow as I am getting married there :) they have two big rooms for cocktails briar fox and the garden terrace if your looking at tapril your cocktail hr can be outside, my friend got married end of april there and had hers outside

I also think Fox Hollow is the nicest of all of them. However, they all have different looks so it depends on wlhat your taste is.

I feel the Westbury Manor and Chateau Briand are the nicest. The wedding we went to was wonderful. I did also go to a wedding at the Watermill and thought the service was pretty bad, we never had our drinks refilled and the service people were not that nice.

and did not think much of the service or food, compared to the Watermill.

I guess it really depends on your particular day. Unfortunatley I did not have a good experience. I know from the board that the girls really like the Watermill, I just prefer the Westbury Manor (also because that is what I chose) plus I did have a good experience there.

I never heard that about the staff and vendors?? bur It turns out I have all their vendors, my fiancee calls this a fox hollow assembly line wedding.... also some of the vendors were really good and reasonably priced such as top hat entertainment what vendors have u decided to use?

It's next march?? We're having a band from Staten Island as the music (can't remember their name though...) We're using his a florist from Manhattan, and the for the pictures... we're not sure yet. We want a majority of the pictures to be B/W... and the vedors that the Fox Hollow are promoting seem to be really expensive for that type of photography... so needless to say... we're still looking.

what room are you having your reception in mine is in the garden terrace. Did you go to cassarinos they have specials for scotto brides such as a free 11X14 b/w and if you go to their website they are some coupons as well.... I used both u should try they are very good

I vote for the chateau briand as that is where I am having my wedding. We also looked at all the scotto brother locations and decided that the chateau was the nicest.
