Weight loss supplements?
Has any one had a good experience with example: Zantax ( I think that is how you spell it) or any other weight loss supplement I am also working out I just need to lose 5lbs it wont go away

just be careful.. I asked my gyno about using weight loss supplements, and she said - while she doesn't recommend it - that I should stop using "the pill" if I'm going to use a weight loss supplement. They will both raise blood pressure, and that could be dangerous. She said no matter what, I have to go see her 3 months after starting whatever I choose to use to check my BP. I don't know if you are using the pill, but I just wanted to pass that along. Be careful and Good luck!
If you discover any good weight loss stuff, please let me know! I'm going to stop using the pill a few months before the wedding to start with weight loss supplements.

I'm not a huge fan of these. But I have been taking Hydroxycut for the past few weeks (no ephedra!!!). It definetely controls my appetite. I cut out all my other sources of caffine (soda and coffee) just to be safe because it has a TON of caffine in it! I've watched what I'm eating and I've been excercising . I've definetely lost weight sine I started using it.

NO DIET PILLS ARE GOOD!!!!! BE SO CAREFUL THEY CAUSE MORE DAMAGE THEN THEY DO GOOD. JUST CUT BACK ON YOUR CARBS AND WHITE SUGAR AND YOU WILL SEE A DIFFERENCE AND ALSO EXERCISE MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE, AND FOR A QUICK BOOST DO HOT WATER AND LEMON IT ACTS AS A NATURAL DIURETIC

I agree, try weight watchters! I dropped 10 lbs in a month and it is so healthy. Trust me! :)

Many, if not all, have chromium picolinate in them, which is what we think gave my sister massive gallstones.. it was to the point where she had her gallbladder removed. Don't do it!

i have more than half a bottle left of this diet pill if you wanna take them. although i know that you might not trust buying diet pills from a stranger. i've used this and trim spa, they both work i just cant swallow pills i throw them up and its not good interferring with my diet so i dont use it. let me know if u want them though

Diet pills, I am not a fan of. One of my friends was taking them and now she seems to always be sick. I don't know maybe she is not taking care of her self in other ways but your best bet is to just watch what you eat and excerise.....its the best and safest thing for you to do.

I did really well with trim spa, lost 11 lbs, took 1 year though.....I loose weight very slowly....

I heard GREAT things about this. Does it really work? I was thinking of tying it. I am not sure though. I don't really think diet pills work (because they tell you to diet while you are on them, so it is probably the diet that you are on that is making you lose the weight not the pill - but I could be totally wrong - that is JMO), but I heard great thing about this one. Let me know.
