wedding dresses with color

Hi Girls ... i was just wondering if anyone out there went the non-traditional route and had some color in their dress ? if any one has or is going to have color instead of all white/ivory i would love to see some pics ... i am not ready just yet to go looking but i just want to get some ideas...i am new to this and kinda just post i don't really know how to bump or look things up so sorry if there is something out there like this.

thats really pretty.. but since my colors are purple and peach i really dont want that in my dress.. i'm going with pure white or ivory.. depending on what i find . but the champaigne color is gorgeous

I'm doing Ivory & RED, yes, RED.......Its a Valentine wedding and my second one so I wanted ivory anyway. Moonlight had an Ivory dress with Red trim. I dont know how to put a picture on here sorry.

I love the white and red ones!! I saw gorgeous Maggie ones!!!! I would do it if I was getting married around vday too!

I like the idea of colored embroidery if you're looking to add some color...here's a dress I tried on at Helens Private Collection in Commack.....it has it all along the bottom and a huge amount on the train...i am not getting this one, but thought it was pretty

im definetely getting color in my dress, but not sure of the color as of yet. Traditional white is just not for me.

I guess I'm traditional. NO color in my dress and any dresses I did see with color in it, I didn't like at all. Even my bouquet is going to be mainly cream with just a little color thrown in.

If you're lookign though, David's Bridal seemed to have a lot of dresses with color in it and could get dresses that would match your bridal party. Good luck.

I've been thinking about adding in one of my wedding colors as an accent, but I am definitely wearing in IVORY dress.

THANK YOU girls .. this is a huge start ... my FH wants me in a colored dress but i still want a wedding dress so i was thinking of a wedding dress with maybe some accent color (like pink) but atleast this is a start ... thank you again ...

BTW we are going to look at a place tomorrow night .. i hope this is the 'one' .. wish me luck ..

i dont have color in mine either but i love how the color looks! the reds the turquioses ( new on davids bridal) they are absolutely gorgeous!!

Check out Maggie Sottero dresses-she has some dresses that come in white/Ivory, and then a pale blue and a blush color
