Bridal party gift question

I found really cute purses to match the BM dresses at a great price. I am not sure if i should buy them though and give it as part of their gift. Just wondering if other people have or are going to do that. I am also going to give earrings to match the dress too. If i do decide to give those two things, at what point do i give them to the girsl. i dont want to wait till the RD, or else i will have to tell them ahead of time not to buy it ( and ruin the gift)

I am having this problem now-none of my girls had silver purses when we decided to do silver shoes. I started picking up different purses over the last few months-different ones to match each of the girls style. Now, one of them just told she bought purse. I don't know what to do either. In hind site, I wouldn't have purchased the purses.
