Anyone in Grand Central or Penn Station this morning?
I really like seeing everyone all dressed up in their St. Patty's Day gear - I really do. I love their hats and socks and shirts and the way that some paint their faces. What I don't like - the drunk 17 year olds SCREAMING through Grand Central.
What was Penn like?

oh my - drunk that early?I used to work on 44th and 5th - it was where all the policemen (and I think firemen) would line up to start marching, needless to say I used to LOVE coming to work on the morning of St. Patrick's Day!!

Yes drunk before 9am, can you believe it???
And I'm sure that was a nice sight to see before work.
Too bad I got the drunk kids instead!

My dad's favorite St. Patrick's day story is seeing drunk kids sleeping in the luggage racks on the LIRR on the way home!
( and yes, those were the old luggage racks! )

I took the later train today and I love seeing everyone, but nobody has any manners or consideration. It's public transportation folks. Sit down and shut up!
