Vendor Insurance (12th Night)
I was just made aware that reception halls ask the vendors for proof of insurance. I was unaware of this when I booked my vendors. I'm sure they do, but does anyone know if Twelfth Night has insurance??

Re: Vendor Insurance (12th Night)
Most halls require liability insurance of up to 1 million dollars. 12th night probably has it but I couldn't tell you for sure.

Re: Vendor Insurance (12th Night)
I'm sorry but I don't know that much about insurance. Liability means if you hurt yourself or others your insurance pays for it? Can someone please explain it to me?

Re: Vendor Insurance (12th Night)
Ladies, don't get nervous I do this for a livingAny reparable Vendor carries Liability Insurance and every hall requires that they provide a Certificate of Insurance (Which is proof that the Vendor carrier their own Insurance). You just have to make sure that you provide a copy of the Certificate to the hall prior to the wedding. This is protacal for all vendors.

Re: Vendor Insurance (12th Night)
If they have been to major catering halls and they are as popular and big as they are, I am sure they do. Halls still ask for proof, just tell 12th Night and they will know what to do.I do it for my company, that's how I know.....

If someone trips over a wire or hurts themselves due to a vendor's 'negligence', that person cannot sue the catering hall....

Re: Vendor Insurance (12th Night)
this is normal and they should have it...halls don't want any responiblties (even the stuff they do serve) so they can always point the figure at someone else

Re: Vendor Insurance (12th Night)
i'm sure they have insurance as they're a popular vendor and wouldn't be allowed in RH if they didn't
