Re: NWR-Food shopping help

Well, Milk Eggs and Cheese are always good to have in the fridge. Coffee, is always a staple in my house. Flour, sugar, salt, canned or frozen veggies, meats (Unless you don't eat meat), bread, cereal.
As far as cleaning supplies, a broom and a mop are good to have. I love the clorox disinfecting wipes, and you should also get a toilet brush, toilet bowl cleaner, laundry and dish detergents.

Hope this helps you get started!

Re: NWR-Food shopping help

I love buying food staples that are non perishable. Canned goods, tuna, beans, pasta, peanut butter, soup, tomato sauce - frozen food snacks - it's nice to have them around in a pinch.

cleaning stuff: mop, broom, dust pan, soft scrub, sponges, dishwashing liquid, toilet bowl cleaner, paper towels, toothpaste, toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo.

Just something to add to your list: My FH is crazy about condiments - KETCHUP is a must in our apartments, as is A1 Sauce, and mustard. God luck and happy shopping!
