I went to a wedding there on Friday and am going to the showcase on Wednesday with my fiance and a few family members. The food is great - there was pasta and tomato and mozzarella in the kitchen, cocktail hour food in the Garden Terrace, and a full Viennese in the Winter Garden.

Will they serve food there?
Like a sit down or something?
I have never been to one of these and I don't kow what to expect.
My father is concerned with dinner and if we should eat before we go or if we will be served dinner.
What else will we be doing there?

The postcard i got says gourmet cocktail hour and vienesse hour desserts. Mmmmmm
They are also having some of their recommended vendors (photographer, bands, djs, floral decorators, limos and invitations)
Tour from lobby through kitchen and private photo studio.

i am going to check on some vendors but I heard you can meet with CHEF VINNY and that he is so nice you can get him to throw in some great freebees A friend of mine got a free seafood boat with lobster at her cocktail hour and a free vienese hour. If i were getting married at the C.B or FOX I would so ask to meet with him. I heard he will be there to meet with brides, and is so nice,
