Writing thank you notes...

...just stinks to high heaven. I refused to to preprinted thank you notes. I find them impersonal and way too easy. But in my desires to keep things consistent and classy I devoted myself to handwritten messages. Thus concludes my mindless rant for the night.

UGH!!!! This is the one thing I hate!!! I'm at the tail, tail end and just can't MY tail to finish them.

Well at least DH wants to do his side, but lord knows how long that will take, It would honestly be easier if I did them all.

I hear you...I just finished the thank you's for bridal shower #1 (I have a second one this weekend), and it took me FOREVER...I cannot begin to imagine what the wedding thank you's are going to be like

My FBIL and SIL addressed and stamped all the envelopes before the wedding so they were ready to go

what i did, i did a little at a time. after a while, it gets boring. how many ways can u say thank u for your genonours gift and thank u for coming to the wedding. come cards i wrote more than others

WellI am officially done with my half. DH now has to do his half which he happily volunteered to do. Most people assume that the 'woman of the house' in in charge of informal correspondence so should they not go out in a timely fashion, I may never hear the end of it. I am mailing mine as soon as the stamps we ordered arrive!

and I just started doing Jake's last night- b/c mine have been done for 3 weeks and he never started his

I did all of mine in one night. Talk about writer's block. I couldn't keep thinking of different ways to say thank you. I just wanted to get it all over with. So, I did 52 the day Saturday night. My next shower is this Saturday, so I hope I don't get as many gifts. lol
