I went to the place whre my parent have homeowner's insurance (I also have my car insurance through them). You may want to try yours. We use State Farm. I really have not looked around to see any others.

Geico

I just used GEICO- where I have my renters and car insurance. They have a separate insurance packages for rings over a certain price range.

Engagement Ring Insurance

My FH took care of it for me before we got engaged. I know it's a rider on his homeowner's policy, but I think you can also have a rider on your renter's insurance policy for rings.

Engagement Ring Insurance

We wnt to Allstate but we could not just get insurance on the ring. Since we rent an apartment we had to get renters insurance. This covers the ring anywhere though. Even if something happens to it out of the apartment.

If you or your fiance own a home, you can put the ring under that insurance or if you have renters insurance but it under that. I have it under own home insurance. good luck!
