I showed houses the other day that LIW brides might like!!!

1) A levittown cape (south of hempstead tpke), 3/4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, completely redone, 6000 sq ft property. It's listed for $398k (but they'll take $385k!). It's such a cute house!!!!

2) Also, if anyone wants something with a rental unit, an awesome house in Massapequa Park, 4 beds, 1.5 baths, full finished basement, formal dining room (that's one side of the house). The other side is a 2 bedroom apartment totally updated with a skylight, 2 full baths, separate washer/dryer, separate entrance. You could probably get $1500-$1800/month. The house needs NO work! Absolutely adorable. And there's an elementary school across the street!!! It's listed at $554k and the seller's are DESPERATE because they already moved to North Carolina! Also, they are leaving a new pool table in the basement!!!

I love both of these houses and if I had the cash right now (instead of still paying for a wedding!) I would buy one of them! Perfect starters for us young brides!!
