I have to tell you guys

Some colleagues of mine who I haven't seen for a while just came by and asked me if I lost weight!

I wanted to kiss them full on the lips. I have been working so hard at it and didn't really notice much movement on the scale, but I guess the gym is really helping.

I almost cried.

Little triumphs=big rewards!

Made my day. Good thing since I'm planning a tropical vacation soon.

BTW-I'm going to repost on Slimdown, but I wanted to share on NWR!

Isn't that the best feeling?!

At work 2 of the girls make little comments about my weight loss, clothes being baggy often & that is what keeps me motivated....such a great feeling.
