Re: Veils...
I wanted to wear something of hers. I remember when I was younger i asked if when my time came i could try on her wedding dress and she sobbed hysterically.. she thought it was such an honor.. so needless to say 1. this ghetto booty didnt fit in it, and 2. too much work would have to be done and im 'not allowed to touch it' as per my sister.. so rather than ruffle feathers Im just going to wear her veil in memory of her.

go with what you've always wanted!! if you are planning on taking it off for the reception (like me) it's even better.. then you dont have to worry about if being too long, what to do with it, how to hold it.. etc.. im sure you will find the perfect veil.. it just happens.. just like the dress!! post pictures of ideas!! go to veilshop.com to look around at different styles.. that site is great!

Re: Veils...
I am not sure what kind of veil I am going to wear. The REAL question is whether or not I am going to wear a blusher. . . I keep going back and forth.

I want an elbow of fingertip length veil so I can wear it for the whole reception. Probably with a ribbon edge and a blusher.

Re: Veils...
Thank you so much for all your imput... I really appreciate it ~ I love your mom's veil ~ it is so beautiful!I have always wanted a cathedral veil and this is the dress I am most likely going with (everyone wants me to keep looking ~ my FH and I are known for going for the first thing we see - we did that with our house, our reception hall...ect.)
so for everyone else I will keep looking but for me this is the dress I believe is 'the one' ~ I tried it on this past weekend! Check it out when you get a chance ~ let me know what you think...
