Petal Cones and Programs?

OK, I'm sure we've been through this one before, but how many petal cones and programs should I make? Appx 250 invited, BUT ceremony will take place at the hall so, most of my 'YESs' will be at the ceremony.

i think u will be fine with 123-130, after all, the men don't usually take a program or a petal cone!
