I would do a week. Just in case you have a reaction to the facial.Eyebrows should be done a few days before.
Not sure about self tanner.

All beauty treatments that you have never had before should be tried at least 2 weeks before the wedding.

yep -that's what I'm doing...2 weeks...you don't want to chance it if something goes wrong - ESPECIALLY a facial!!! Give your skin time to react.

Here was my timeframe for those, and it worked out well.Facial-1 week before
Tanning-I hit the beds, but my last appt was two days before, my MOH did a self tanning application the day before and looked great.
Eyebrows were 4 days before
I got my hair trimmed 3 weeks prior and highlighted 10 days prior.

Facial 2 weeks prior; you never know how you're skin will react.
Self-tanning; I think it depends on the product. If you're gradually building the tan, try now to see what your results are.
Eyebrows I'd do a one to three days before; mine take forever to grow so I don't think that I can give you the best answer on this.

Do you wax your brows? Or do you thread? Because threading seems to last longer for me personally. I am planning to get mine threaded here in Dallas 1 week before the wedding and just pluck any strays.

well I have been getting facial every month since January, today with 15 days till my wedding, I got a gyelconic (sp?) peel and the wednesday before the wedding I am getting a oxygen facial to make my skin glow! Then Sunday before the wedding, I am getting eyebrows waxed (and other places!!) hair trimmed, and I have been get spray tanned every Saturday for the past two Saturdays!..Welcome New Vendors
