Not the metalic gold, but the matte gold may look nice. Shoe shopping is all about trial and error, be sure to bring a swatch with you when searching.

My BM's are wearing champagne and goldish dresses and we are dying the shoes to match one of the colors of the dress.... With your BM dress I would say go with gold strappy shoes....

Hmmmmmmmm bright gold IMO will throw the dress off. Stay neutral. I would suggest a light gold with silver undertone.

i wouldn't do dyeables with champagne--too neutral. a light gold would be perfect...and you don't have to worry about dyeables running if it (heaven forbid!!) rains

my mom wore Euro champagne and it was very hard to match. The shoes had to be dyed several times. They look yellow in some lights just be careful and look in all lights. I think I remember trying gold and it didnt work.
