they were rude and told me they had no appts for this weekend and with my budget to go to davids bridal...my friend called 10 min later, she said she wasnt sure of her budget and they gave her an appt on sat.. i was really mad

WOW - that is so pretentious of them!!!

I would call back if I were you to complain and tell them how they lied to you and gave your friend and appointment!

Honestly, I've heard a lot of not so nice things about them. And I've seen them do some not so nice things to other brides when I was there last! Be careful with them!

I went there last year when my friend was getting married and they were extremely rude and unhelpful to us.....she didn't buy the dress from there and I didn't even consider going there for mine.

I am really now thinking twice about going to them.

i didnt get my dress from there but i was going to mention that when i went looking Jackie from Carle Place was really nice and they were very helpful there as well

I was dissapointed as well, when I went to make an appointment, the first thing they asked was my budget...if you ask me that's a lil ridiculous- what if I wasn't planning on spending $$$$ but I loved the dress- and changed my mind? She wouldn't book an apt. with me until I told her how much I wanted to spend.

ewwww... I am so hesitant about using the Bridal Reflections in Massapequa bc FH's cousing went there last week and they were pushing her to buy something and she so wasn't ready and I don't know if I can deal with that.. PLUS.. my budget is decent, but I don't want to spend nearly the alotted amount, and I have a nasty temper and I won't hesitate to tell someone to go F-themselves

stear clear of them.. when I called and asked thier price range they said 1000 to 6000 and i said well i'm looking for something less then 1000.. they said well then look someplace else.. they are very rude and when i tried to make an appointment before the above conversation they were getting huffy becuase we couldnt come up with a time for both of us.. i went to paradise bridal instead and got a wonderful dress for my budget.. try them they are great

Not only are they rude, but each and EVERY time I have to order a dress from there (in several bridal parties in the last few years), they order the wrong size, complain about it to ME, and insist that it's my fault....HELLLLOOOOOOO...you're the one measuring me! I wouldn't waste my time there...check elsewhere!
