NWR: Looking for House!

I'm sorry for posting this on this thread but BHB gets more traffic than Homes.

If you ladies know any neighbors, friends, family, or co-workers that will be selling their houses soon,in the S. Setauket, E. Setauket, Port Jefferson Station, Centereach areas for less than $400K please FM me. I don't know why the market has been so slow lately and some agents have given up on us. FH and I basically have seen so many houses in those areas and have not found anything. I'm starting to get a little bit discourage!!

We are looking for a house with 3 Bedrooms, 1.5 baths, 1 garage and with curb appeal.

Thanks a bunch!!

Re: NWR: Looking for House!

don't get discouraged the this is the time of year where people start to sell and I was just reading somewhere that it takes an average of 8 months to find a house before buying...good luck.

Re: NWR: Looking for House!

I have been looking in those areas, just on mls, we are going to buy next year -

there are some great ones out there in south setauket...

how do you feel about middle country and comsewogue SD's??? I havent really researched yet, but i was leaning towards smithtown or setauket bc of the SD's...

don't worry, you'll find something!!!

Re: NWR: Looking for House!

I'm not sure if you are interested in this, but FH and I bought a town house 2 years ago in Mt. Sinai. I was against it at first, but I really love it here. We have 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a full finished basement and a yard. Some units have garages. We paid less than $300. You can FM if you want any other info. HTH
