we are not sure yet if it will be a new house/condo/co-op or apt. as of yet but it will def. be a new something considering we both live at home.

We have to get something, either a house or co-op because we both still live at home. Apartments are kinda out of the question because I don't want to get one, transfer my daughter in to a new school and then if something happens that we have to leave that apartment and we can't find another one in the same area, it would be to much aggravation ! I don't know how we are going to afford it, but we will have to find a way . . .

We just applied to see if we can but a condo in NJ. If that works out then it will be constructed around the time of the wedding (April 2007)

Just can't do it right now. With the Wedding, and lil one expected next year. The 2 bedroom apt (rent controlled at 659.00) will be home for a while. Unless his parent retire and move like they plan and leave us the house (keeping my fingers crossed)

We are going to start looking when Pete comes back from Iraq. If a good deal comes up we will jump on it....if not no biggy..no rush here I'm content with the apartment for now.
