recommendations for brunch in nassau county

I'm hosting a brunch the sunday after my bachelorette party for my family. I need restaurant suggestions. It needs to be in Nassau County.

News 12 has it's 10 best list at:

http://www.10best.com/Long_Island/Restaurants/Breakfast;Brunch/index.html

Do you know Hemmingways in Wantagh? It was always one of my favorites. The Garden City Hotel and the Carltun in Eisenhower Park are on ch 12's list, and if it's the same food as the CH's I have grazed my way through they must be amazing!

Have a great time at both events with many happy healthy years of wedded bliss to follow!
