Bridal Gown Alterations (emergency)

my sister has just encountered a major problem with her dress. to make a long story short, her wedding is in two weeks, the bridal shop made her dress TWO INCHES too short amongst other alteration issues.

we are hoping she'll have a new dress by middle to end of the week. but we need to find someone to do alterations for her.

does anyone do alterations on wedding gowns or can anyone please recommend a seamstress who works on bridal gowns and would be able to get this done for her?

any help would be greatly appreciated.
