To My North Ritz Club Girls (and all who helped me out)

I just wanted to let those who helped me in my time of need know that I booked the North Ritz Club. I was very happy with the tasting and feel like this HUGE weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I can`t wait for my wedding now, (execpt for the fact that my wedding is this Novemeber and I don`t have a dress, band, flowers or photographers, but hey I`m not worried :-) Thanks so much to all of you who gave me great advice you guys were a life saver.

My wedding is there also, but I am not until May 21, 2004!! My fiance and I go there once a week to see the progress! I can't wait until it is all done!

So how was the food tasting? Anything stand out? What did you like the best? My wedding is October of this year. I had my food tasting in June of last year...so long ago.

We enjoyed the food tasting, they gave us more food then I thought they would, we were stuffed. The entree's were good I really liked the Salmon with the dill sauce. I don't know whether to choose the Salmon or the Chilian Sea Bass (very popular lately). We also really enjoyed the hot appetizer try they gave us. The gave us lobster and shrimp cocktail too. I can't even imagine what the heck I am going to choice for my menu. Did you do your menu yet? Did you choose your band, photographer or video person yet, I have some ideas but haven't chosen yet I was going to check out the ones that the North Ritz recommended. I really can't wait!!!!!! How many people are you inviting?

I also went to my tasting about a month ago. it6 was Fabulous! I am getting married May 21, 2004. I am having About 200 people. I am paying 104 a head, Gus threw in the Viennese hour for us. I added the seafood bar into the cocktail hour. I am using Body Heat the band they are $7200. I got them a little cheaper bc I am the fifth person using them in my family. I have not booked the photographer, but i will probaly use Flowers by Bourton for my flowers. Any other questions? I can't wait!!

I am so excited to see all the NRC brides. I felt like the only one for so long (I booked in June last year). Anyway, I am having about 200 people. I have most of my stuff done. If you look at my profile (click on my name) you will see all of the vendors I have picked. I did not use any of the recommended NRC vendors. I haven't given much thought to my menu yet. I will have to talk to then b/c by now I bet they have upgraded the menu. I am having a vienesse and seafood bar. I am also have an extra course.
