Please be honest girls - do you feel your e-ring should match your wedding ring?
I am having some doubts now, I love the band but it does not really match with my e-ring. I am thinking I made a decision on impulse. I probably could have it changed.. am I thinking to much in to this?

I think that it is a personal decision. I wanted mine to match but it doesn't mean that is what you have to do.

Honestly, it would bother me but I am very anal when it comes to matching... If I can't find a band that matches I think I am going to have it made.

Mine doesn't match and I love it. It's really just a personal choice. You don't have to get matching ones if you don't want to!

Exactly what I would've said...mine matches 90%....the same 'style', different metals...and my e-ring looks more 'square/boxy' while my band is rounder (i mean the metal....in fact, mye-ring is squared off with corners on the bottom)
see how the stones are? my band is the same way (minus the princess cut in the middle obviously) but the bottom is square and the ring is 'boxier' while the band is rounder...i don't have a great pic of that one to show, but maybe you can tell what i mean. incidentally, FH's band is squared off as well.

Mine doesn't match. It looks great with my e-ring but they are not a matching set. I love how it looks!

I want mine to match but the ring that matches 100% is ugly. I'm going to get one hat matches, but just not 100%.

Mine doesn't match...but it doesn't really matter to me, especially since I wear my e-ring and my wedding ring on different hands! I like the look of my e-ring all by itself

I want my wedding band to match my ring, however this is going to be a difficult task b/c I have a very unusual setting. I am going to try and see if the designer of my ering has a matching band and if not I might have to get it custom made....To each is own theres nothing wrong if it doesnt match.XOXOXO

Re: Please be honest girls - do you feel your e-ring should match your wedding ring?
It all depends on the persons preference. IMO, it doesn't have to match identically but should go together somewhat. My E-ring is a Tiffany setting, round diamond on a six-prong platinum band and my wedding band is an eternity band, all the diamonds on my wedding band are round set in 4 prongs. It doesn't match identically and I still love the way it looks together.

Mine doesn't match 100% but I love the way it looks together. It relly is a choice you have to make.

Re: Please be honest girls - do you feel your e-ring should match your wedding ring?
I got a wedding band that doesn't really match...my e-ring was impossible to find a match for. I've decided to wear them seperate.I'm not so sure I like the look of all that ring bunched up on my one finger anyway...plus when your hands get wet its annoying. I say, get a wedding band you will love regardless if it matches or not. You can always have the E-ring reset years down the road. Not to mention, I'm sure you'll wear the band alone sometimes so you should really love it all by itself.

Re: Please be honest girls - do you feel your e-ring should match your wedding ring?
I wear mine separately-- but the style is the same-- but they cannot be worn together,I plan to get another band that can be worn with my ring if I want-- also something that can potentially be engraved since my wedding band cannot be engraved.

If you plan to wear them together I would say they should look nice together not necessarily match.

Re: Please be honest girls - do you feel your e-ring should match your wedding ring?
you have to do what you like! I have a matching band..but for my birthday I already asked for a plain plat. band (similar to my FH's) just because I wold rather wear something more plain everyday.

Re: Please be honest girls - do you feel your e-ring should match your wedding ring?
I think you need to pick a wedding band that you will love. You will be wearing it forever! Besides, you may not wear your e-ring every day anyway. Just stick with what you like! My friend got a band to match her e-ring and now she isn't happy with it.Welcome New Vendors
