BBB registry question

hi girls!
i have a shower gift to buy, and since you're all shopping experts, do you know if BBB takes expired linens and things coupons?
i know they take LNT coupons, and i know they take expired coupons- but do they take ones that are expired AND from LNT? thanks!

ETA: even though we have both stores in our area, it seems like we get more LNT coupons mailed to us for some reason...

I think they do, I know that they take there own coupons evern if the date has pasted.

I used a LnT coupon that expired a year ago the other day at BB&B.

I wouldn't even bring it to their attention that it was expired...play dumb over it and if they say anything ask them if they would accept it.....

It depends on your cashier.. if the date is on an edge, cut it off...

LNT have even taken their coupons w/the date cut off.. again, depends on your cashier... FH bought a bunch of stuff at Micheals lastnight and 'forgot' got 40% off coupon (we didnt have one) he got the cashier to give him 40% off the whole purchase, not just one item!
