We went alone. My mother was a little pissed about that and mentioned it a few times but she had had the food there before anyway.

It was my parents, his parents and us. Everyone is helping to pay for the wedding, so I figured everyone should be there.

my mom is in Fla... we took his mom and sister (my MOH) we left his dad at home and didnt tell him about it! (we were only allowed 4 people)

My parents went to the last tasting with FH and I. His parents went to the initial one b4 we signed the contract!

they were paying, so they were tasting!

We went by ourselves... and never knew that we could have invited a whole gaggle of people! Had we known, we would have invited out parents and anyone else who wanted a delicious meal!!!

I brought my parents since they are paying.

FH's parents live out of state.

We haven't had ours yet, but my parents will definitely be there since they're paying. I didn't think to invite FH's parents cause they're about an hour and a half away, but maybe we will bring them. It will give them a chance to see the RH.

We went for our first tasting before we booked. There is NO way I would book a RH without tasting the food first (kind of like I wouldn't buy a car without taking it for a test drive)!!

After we booked (after our tasting) we took parents to bridal showcase at the hall to sample the food.

both parents were busy so we brought FH's brother and sister to get their opinions.

Both sets of parents were invited, I had to invite mine because they paid for the reception but the in laws couldnt make it.

We wanted to bring both of our parents but when we found out our catering hall only serve 1 dish of each entree picked by the bride of that day, a total of 3 no matter how many ppl attend the tasting... we decided it would be best to go alone. We knew MIL would be upset with traveling 1.5 hrs each way, 3 hrs total just for a bite of food... If the presentation was different... if the catering hall was going to serve everyone a whole meal, that'll be a different story.

since they allow 6 people to come both my parents went, my MOH, me, my fiance and his grandmother..
