you have a right to feel how do! that guy is a 1st class a-hole! the nerve of him to say that to you at YOUR WEDDING and he clearly has zero class for asking your DH how much he paid for your ring

knowing me, I would have said 'nice gift and all, but don't worry, your gift from us will better than a blanket

now if that we me, and he was talking like that id be going to things remembered and getting him a personalized blanket like they did for us, and probably an personalized married ornament on top of it so that the gift was 'more than theirs'
