I dont sleep anymore and my stress level is through the roof!

I am soooooooooo stressed out lately. At the same time I am trying to quit smoking, lose weight, plan a wedding and my job is very stressful the past two weeks.

I feel like I am having a nervous breakdown. I havent slept a full night in weeks. I cry at the drop of a hat and even cried in front of a group of strangers at my weight watchers meeting last night. I think I feel like I am on the fast track to the loony bin!!

I have 46 days left and I dont think I am gonna make it that long. I need a break!!!!

Awwwwwwww, I think we all do (or will) go thru the same thing. Hang in there, your big day is almost here.
Before you know it you will be married to your best friend and all the little petty stuff wont matter.
Good luck with WW and quitting smoking. Just keep telling yourself that you can do it and it will come easier.

I know exactly how you feel, and it WILL get better once the wedding is over. This is a stressful time in your life. But remember not to let too many things upset you. It's such an amazing experience being a bride. You should enjoy as much of it as you can.

I went through the same thing! it is the worst feeling, it all fells better when the wedding is here and gone! Try to enjoy the last few weeks before!

Why don't you take a break from everything this weekend-
NO wedding stuff, don't think about work- just do something relaxing. Like take a trip to the wineries.

Sorry to hear that...I've actually been pretty calm...Im trying not to think about the wedding or do anything wedding related anymore...

i know when i diet, i'm a raging lunatic cause i'm not happy. it takes a couple weeks before i'm used to the new eating plan. just give it time and as hard as it is, just try to zone out at night and not think about the million things going on.

I know how you feel. I've been the same way lately. I cry all the frickin' time! I was just crying this morning laying in bed thinking about everything.

I also am trying to quit smoking...it's been two weeks!! I chew lots of gum.

On top of that I'm losing weight and they don't know if they are going to have a dress to fit. I weigh 100 lbs right now!! I look sick. I'm not trying to loose weight I'm just stressed to the max.

Plus, BILLS< BILLS>and more BILLS!! I feel like I'm drowning.

I took a day to relax at the beach (Sunday). Come Monday....it comes back.

So I understand 100 %. And it's horrible. Right now I don't even know what money to buy my BM's gifts with...you all have wonderful gifts for them: not me. I'm getting them their wedding jewelry and Old Navy flip flops! Big flippin' deal.

I have bad kidneys and when it all went down I had ZERO insurance because I didn't think I needed. Haha. So I have tons of medical bills on top of my new house bills. I didn't figure in all the bills before I bought it. Trash take away, property tax, wheel tax, house insurance, of course now 2 car insurances, more food than I've ever bought, my puppy and kitty vet bills...good Lord.

Sorry to rant on your board...this is embarrassing.

you are not alone I am also a big ball of stress lately. I'm contantly going over my to-do-list in my head and am so afraid time and/or money will run out and I will be missing things on my wedding day
last night I actually laid awake in bed to about 5 a.m.

Aww sweetie Hang in there. If anyone knows about dealing with stress, It is me!!! You will get through this, I promise. maybe you just need a little time off for yourself. Even if it is just for you to sit on a beach & relax. We are all in this together! You have us Weddings are such an emotional time. It will all be worth it in the end!

Dont be embarrassed. We all have our own issues, believe me. You are so NOT alone!! Ihave never shelled out so much money on bills in my entire life!

i'm right there with ya... i have not gotten a decent night of sleep in a week - am constantly rushing out the door. my apartment looks like a hurricane hit it which only makes me more frazzled and i keep having late nite stupid arguments with FH on the rare nights we get to spend together.

I give you an incredible amount of credit for trying to quit smoking and losing weight while trying to plan a wedding.

I KNOW I need to quit, but there is no way I would even attempt it until AFTER the wedding.

sweetie, i am going through the same thing. I have knots in my stomach I feel liking crying at times and I could just throw up because of nerves. All I ate today was 6 saltine crackers because I am so anxious. As of yesterday I have a fever blister and a cold sore around my mouth. I feel your pain

Its work and the wedding approaching, don't worry you have us to lean on

Awwww honey I know.... I'm right there with you.... but dont worry...it happens, I 've had some sleepless nights.....pretty soon it will be your wedding day and you will look back and laugh at all of this!
