But we still have mutual friends I'm sure they told him

I went to where his brother worked, showed off my ring, and let it spread to him word of mouth.

I called my ex-boyfriend from high school bc we are still friends. He just got engaged too and i'm really happy for him.

My ex-husband on the other hand was crushed! Too bad, you had your shot and blew it!!!

My most recent ex before FH knew and he seemed a little upset by it. We are still friends though and FH is friends with him too. However, he just recently got engaged like two months ago - so I guess he wasn't that upset!!

I am friends w/ my Ex (his brother married my sister) - so I think my brother in law must have told him.

I didn't... but someone did... he came up to me and was like... CONGRATULATIONS...

I was like ummmmmmmm ok!!!

But I only have good relationships with my ex's... so I guess it was only a matter of time...

My first love is one of my very best friends and he was one of the first people I called! He was super excited for me and he got engaged to his girl a few months before my fh and I did. I was so happy for him I was nearly in tears. He and I have stood by each other for years. I am blessed to have him in my life.

Now my most recent ex- or a$$hole as I have come to call him- I told him when he e-mailed me out of the blue for some mail he recieved for me at his home. We weren't even engaged yet (i knew it would be soon) but I told him anyway. I know it is silly but I just needed him to know and once I told him I felt better. Does that make any sense?

I was really nervous to tell him but called him on the phone. I can't wait to run into him and stick my ring in his face:)

Never and still dont feel the need to tell him. If I saw him in passing and he saw the ring, I would think that it's self explanatory. He's no longer an important person in my life that I feel the need to share.

I did see an ex from HS and he was shocked to see me. More so because I have a family. People from HS can never see you as a grown-up. LOL

I have not seen him yet, but can't wait until the day I run into him and show my ring and my FI off!!!
