Getting married at city hall - what are the options?

Sorry ladies - I didn't have time to do a thorough search, but hoping I can get some quick answers for a friend who wants to get married next week.

Does anyone know where I can find a list of places were someone can get married quickly like this - a list of city/town halls I guess? Or can you get married at any town hall?

She's planning to get her license one day next week and tie the knot the very next day (24 hr waiting period).
