Need some love....stressful week

It's Monday and I already know it's going to be the week from hell.

My paternal grandmother passed away yesterday, this is my second grandparent within 2 months.

RSVPS are not rolling in. It's like people have a mental block. I had to fill out my parents and send it back because they weren't going to fill it out! I've actually had people say to me, well I todl you I was coming....WHY DON'T PEOPLE SEND THEM BACK...THEY EVEN HAVE STAMPS!

To make things worse, the FH's family said they were all coming when we looked at places and sent out STD, now hardly any of them are coming! We are talking like 40 people that said they were and now they are not. Most of them are from Canada or out of state. His cousin got engaged and decided to get married 3 weeks before us. The FH's brother is getting married in April and the a cousin is getting married in June. The FH's aunt said if relatives are going to any wedding it better be her kids or they better not to to anyones. Now they are not going to anyones or only going to her kids because they don't want to deal with her. We are totally not going to make our minimum now!

We only have half the people we need. We got a lot in the first few weeks, but we havent gotten one back in almost a week. Keep the faith..they'll be a comin!

First I want to say I am so sorry for your loss...

I am also sorry you are stressed....we had similiar problems with the RSVPs. People can be so crazy!!!!

Hang in there...we have less than 6 weeks. I am sure you will get more soon.

That makes me feel better. I'm probably just stressing extra hard because of my grandmother. I'm just so sensative today
