Does anyone know a catering hall.....

That can hold around 400 people, but only does 1 wedding at a time. BF just got engaged and is looking.

Leonards of Great Neck. I am not sure but I think if they have to open the rooms for a big wedding that size then they might be the only wedding?

I am pretty sure Carlyle on the Green in Bethpage State Park holds that many. It is only one wedding at a time and its beautiful!! You should check it out!

I just used the LIW reception guide and found this:

Patchogue Manor, up to 1000 and one event

The Historical Thatched Cottage, up to 600 and one event

LIW reception guide (has search feature..I used 400 people and 1 Max. Event for the above results)

*I'm not sure what Flowerfield can hold but they are really big-- check them out, only one wedding

Those are the only ones I can think of: I saw Port Jeff CC as a suggestion, unless that is another place and I'm thinking of the wrong one-- I believe they can only hold like 180 MAX (meaning Lombardi's on the Sound) unless it's another place... good luck, HTH

my cousin had around that amount of people and got married there- it's very large and they opened up extra rooms for her, it was only one wedding

These are the same ones I was thinking of! East Wind does do more than one but they are in 2 completely different places so you would never run into each other. Villa Lombardi's does do one at a time it just depends on the size of the party.

Yeah, Eastwind has 3 completely separate buildings, parking lots, 3 separate kitchens, etc.... No wedding is in the same building
