NWR....Holy mackrel its HOT out there

Okay so I just went outside to get Lemonaid and it is SO FLIPPIN HOT OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!
I feel like a mom but if you go out drink ALOT of water!!!!!!!
I should practice what I preach bc Im always telling everyone to make sure they drink water when its this hot out....I ended up passing out Sunday at Dinner.

Ugh, I haven't been outside since early this morning but I'm not looking forward to it.
We don't have a/c in our apt. so we had to arrange to have my mom pick up my poor dog so he would die in this heat!

omg...yesterday i went to the bank for my boss and my car said it was 108°! i took a picture of it...i'll post it in aminute....

yeah.. I don't know what its like out its even hot in the office where its usually freezing!
I am afraid to go outside OMG what is the subway platform going to be like .
I am just keeping my fingers crossed we don't lose power again!

today is one of the few days that i appreciate working in subzero temperatures

they turned off some of the lights here bc con ed asked them to save some power BUT the A/C is still on full blast. . . i have a sweater on and I may go buy some socks to wear with my slippers bc my feet are freezing!!

i am NOT lookiing forward to 4:16 when I get out of here!

lol yea 4:16. you can come in any time between 6:00 and 9:30 and you get to leave 8 1/2 hours later. I work there too (but I took off today lol) so I understand the 4:16 thing. lol

i completely forgot that 4:16 was a wierd time!!!

Yeah i came in at 6:46 so I have to stay until 3:16

BUT i am staying an extra hour each day mon through thurs and i am taking a half day on Friday. . . (if i work an extra 4 hrs i can use it up later, so i will leave 4 hours early!)

Yeah - i wear slippers all day and sweaters. . . i am like mr.rogers! i come into work and change the second i get here!! in the winter i wear fuzzy slippers!!

i went outside arond 10:30 and u couldnt breath-and 2morrow is going 2 be worse-we have ticks 2 the yankee game 2nite-hubby is tryng 2 sell em

I just went out to get italian ices for the office and my car said 117 when i first got in it, after driving for a few minutes it kept going down but stopped at 105!!

Dont worry, we have AC in the bedroom, but we can't leave it on during the day... our landlord freaks out if we do
