How many days are you able to go for a marriage license?
And what Town do we have to go to? The Town we're getting married in or the Town we live in?

i dont' think it matters the town, and its valid for 60 days and you have to get it atleast 24 hours before you are to be married---click on 'Planning' next to chat at the top, and there is a whole section about marriage licenses

Any town clerk (at any toen hall). The fee is $40 and you both have to be there with a birth certificate (original) and photo ID.
