Shower Invite List

My MOH asked me the other day if I know who I want to invite to my shower yet and if I could give her a list in the next couple of weeks.

So I started to making a list in ACCESS
I put in my BP, friends, some coworkers, mom and FMIL guests that I know they want there for sure and I'm at 30 ladies so far including me unless my mom or FMIL have anyone else they want to add.

How many people are you planning on inviting?

My list is insane....since we are inviting 400 to our wedding, I had to be very careful w/my shower invite......I really cut a lot of ppl. and it's still at 75 ppl.

I have a very small family and so does FH. I think about 40-45 are being invited. I rather small parties though - you get to spend more time with everyone and I won't have that moment when I read a card and don't know who the person is!

I am working on my list too right now. I am having two showers and there will probably be around 30 at each.

I agree that is a lot of people! I think it'll probably be around 30-35 though.

I ahvent even thought of my Shower list yet. Someone told me that any female that gets invited to the wedding needs to be invite to the shower or thats just rude.
Now....I was thinking of just inviting family and close friends and of course the BP will be there.
Do I have to invite everyone????

No, you don't need to invite every female...I would invite just close female friends and family.

not sure ~ I don't have a lot on my side but my FH has a lot of aunts ect...
