I know that usually on std's it gives the names of the couple, date, and basic location. our ceremony will be in queens, but the reception will be in suffolk county.

which location should i put on the STD?

Queens or Oakdale, NY?

We had teh same situation...church in queens, reception in nassau....we didn't put a location and just included a hotel info card....

You don't have to include anything at all beyond the date, your names, and that it's for your wedding. Some go further with it...but you really don't have to.
