swr.. hmm so i wake up this morning (House related)

and theres a 'for lease'' sign on my lawn....

we rent the 1st floor of a house.. fh has been there for like 3+ years, me over 1...
landlords son lives on the 2nd floor...

now we are very friendly with our landlord he lives next door, keeps a garden in our 'house' backyard.. etc...
and we have heard NOTHIGN of this....

im having FH call him today to see whats up .. i dont want to wait till we see him to find out he decided to sell the house out from under us...

note we are PEFECT tennants... pay rent 1 day early, keep things clean, never have parties, are very quiet.. etc, also dont' have a lease (which is not to our advantage obviously now).. never had one since fh has been there so long..

we were plannign on buying a house march-june... aroudn when we are getting married in south jersey (now we live in north jersey)... but it hink the process has to be expedited now.. ugggggg
also note that by moving to south nj i have to quit my job in nyc... its too much of a commute already on me.. it woudl be EVIL 6-7 hours round trip if i moved whre w are looking... so we'll hve house expenses, wedding expenses, and normal stuff... UG UG GU all on one salary!

Ok ladies it was the son moving out, he did apologize to FH for not letting us know before he put up the sign

im glad his son is moving out he plays his music too loud and is poudining up and down the stiars at all hours...

sooo i dont get to move south just yet.. gotta wait till may!
but i am not homeless thats a plus!
