LIW rant

Ok, i need to vent and rant! I hate to do this but,
I thought this site was supposed to be helpful!
How is it that a bride can post about a bowel movement and get a rousing applause and i ask a legitimate wedding related question, and not one '07 bride offers any advice.
I dont get it..

I know what you mean. But I do find that these boards are sometimes a little slow, especially in the morning. When people don't respond to my posts, I tend to take it personally. But then I think to myself, do I respond to every post I read? And the answer to that is no. Don't take it personally.

penny, i had posted a thread about needing a beach location for wedding day pics. I was wondering if there was a beach closeby, not too far from Jericho terrace...

I'm sorry, I didn't respond because I honestly couldn't think of a beach.. I always go to Lido West.. thats it! I don't really beach hop!!! Good luck finding one though!!!

actually I was just at a beach alllllllllll the way out east by the vineyards this past weekend. It was in Jamestown [?] and was just lovely, but there were houses all along it...

I heard the beaches out east are gorgeous, but it's far.... GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!

I am sorry I must have missed the bowel movement post and your wedding question post... Sorry!! (I am not on as much as I used to be) Don't worry I was PMSing last week and I posted a question and I think I only had a couple of people respond... I was feeling the same way!

I saw that beach post but I'm not from LI and don't know of any beaches, I am actually curious for one by my hall as well.

Totally understand that like myself,some of you do not live in long island,

I was just clueless about where to go, and then i saw my thread go to no mans land on page three and i figured it was a goner!


but its a moot point b/c now i have an armful of places to check out. You guys def. helped field me to a few places!

you can probably go to a beach in oyster bay or glen cove- they have a few public beaches. if you want further information, fm me..
